Cloud Insight
Cloud Insight is an automated cloud assessment that is driven from a simple form and produces a standard PowerPoint output that can be set to a customer or used as part of a wider engagement.
The core output of the cloud insight assessment is a view of the opportunities and barriers related to moving to a cloud model, a view of current consumption, charging, a high level “cloud readiness” assessment and some next step recommendations.
Cloud Impact Analysis
The Cloud Impact Analysis delivers an accurate view of the benefits that could be realised by migrating particular applications or business services to alternative platforms. Unless it has been previously performed, the first stage of an impact analysis to be to perform a snapshot assessment.
Cloud Snapshot
The Cloud Snapshot is a rapid engagement which analyses oragnisations business applications and infrastructure estate and determines the most appropriate service model for that application, whether that be;
- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Platform as a Service (PaaS)
The engagement also helps detemine appropriate deployment model such as, private, public, community, or hybrid cloud.
Cloud Acquirer
A Cloud Acquirer assessment follows a standard process to ensure that all engagements are delivered in a standard, repeatable and efficient manner and offer real value to the customer. We aim to learn the procurement processes and templates that the customer uses as part of a standard RFP process.
